Biomass energy is environmentable and renewable energy, we call it GREEN COAL. The Biomass Boiler emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide is nearly zero, lower than the oil boiler, gas boiler. The boiler is high efficiency, full combustion, very low emission.
• Combustion system: uses positive pressure blow air, negative pressure extract air, swirl combustion, the burning fire rotates, so unburnt suspended materials are fully burnt during rotating. So this reaches high heat efficiency, and lower running cost.
• Feeding System: we use adjustable no shaft cable-stayed 45° feed and a shaft plug wind feeding, the advantages are no flareback, no stuck of feeding, low fault rate, uniform feeding.
• Control System: micro computer control, stable, automatic, one key operation, no person duty.
• Emission: reach to national Ⅰ region Ⅱ period standard requirement, almost no emission of Nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide.
Application
Biomass boiler is new type boiler, no smoke, no dust, environmental protection and energy saving. They are widely used in large area flower greenhouse, vegetable greenhouse, poultry, bathroom, and industrial workshop for heating.
